Ramiro has sat in the exact chairs Altiva helps fill. He has run a full-service city as its chief executive, led its economic development corporation, and served as its mayor — the manager’s desk, the EDC’s desk, and the dais, all in this market. Sandra turns growth plans into built, operating facilities. Across a six-hospital system and now on the development side, she has taken healthcare projects from concept through operational launch — ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic facilities, multi-specialty clinics, and hospital expansions — working with system leadership, physicians, developers, and design teams. She leads operations and communications for Altiva and holds a current seat inside EDC governance as Vice President of the Edinburg EDC board.
